MIEA Mindfulness Classes: 4-week program

​

Is stress and anxiety taking a toll on you? Move from feeling stressed and burnt out to capable and resilient.

 

MIEA, Mindfulness Institute for Emerging Adults, is the only evidence-basedÆ— mindfulness curriculum designed for college-aged adults. MIEA is currently being used with diverse groups of ALL ages and here’s why:

In four weeks, students learn practical skills that help them manage stress and open their minds. The skills and practices can be done in as little as 3 minutes a day!
